PREVAILING VOICE DAILY
16th January
Topic: DUE DILIGENCE
Text. : 2 Peter 1:1-21
2 Peter 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
Man has a lot of role to play on Gods program, most times when some people mistake the grace of God to do everything for them, I tell them ‘ God’s grace is always available for us, but we have to play our part ‘. For instance: If God gives me opportunity of starting a business, and I start praying to God to grow the business while I fold my hands, expecting God to grow the business, you can be sure it won’t grow.
Let me come out this way: it is important we understand that God delegated authority to man, that means He expects man to act where he can, and where he cannot he puts his trust in God. Diligence is defined as care and effort, it is working with care and effort, for everything your hand findeth to do, do it with all your might.
See beloved, many people have closed their sources of blessing due to carefree attitude, great opportunities have slip off some people’s hands because they lack diligence. It is expedient diligence is found in place before breakthrough can manifest, I am talking from experience, God will open doors this year, when great opportunities are available unto you, how will you handle them?
This is breakthrough formula OPEN DOORS + DILIGENCE = BREAKTHROUGH
Understand that God won’t do what He expects you to do.
Open door comes with grace to perform, everyone is expected ,by the grace made available, to do his assignment diligently. God bless you.
PRAYER.
* Lord help me not to fail in my responsibilities.
